We are Preferred Providers for most Dental Insurance Plans. This simply means that you will pay the lowest fee possible for the dental treatment that you need to have done. During your visit to our office, our treatment coordinator will review and present to you all your insurance benefits. In most cases we can give you an estimate for the portion your insurance should cover. We will gladly bill your insurance company for the care that is provided. You will be responsible for any of the amount not covered by the insurance.
We accept all PPO insurance plans. Please call us should you have any questions regarding your coverage. Below, you will find a list of some of the plans that we are enrolled with:
Aetna, Ameriben, Ameritas, Assurant, Banner, Blue Cross, Cigna, Delta Dental (All PPO plans), Guardian, Health Net, Humana, Metlife, Premier Access, Principal, SecureCare Dental, TDA, United Concordia and United Health.
We also accept some discount plans:
American Dental, Carrington, Crown Dental, HealthPlus, Savon, SmartChoice and Southwest preferred.
